چکیده
Introduction: Although missing tooth is not life-threatening, it affects the quality of daily life. Stem cells have emerged as an important player in generation and maintenance many tissues. The role scaffolds has changed from a passive carrier to bioactive matrix, which can be used induce cellular behavior. aim this study was determine possibility regeneration dentin-pulp complex with dental pulp stem (DPSCs) animal model. Materials Methods: In after extraction DPSCs cultivation, 10 types were made by using platelet-rich plasma (PRP), cancellous bone, collagen pad. They inserted different parts dog's mouth. After 4th month, area operated, removed. Results: Microscopic examination revealed no sign cell differentiation formation new structures those models scaffolds. However, that combination bone PRP or used. Conclusion: Using regenerate dog helped odontoblastic pulpal well predentin tubular dentin.

Dentin-pulp complex regeneration is a promising alternative treatment for the irreversible pulpitis caused by tooth trauma or dental caries. This process mainly relies on the recruitment of endogenous or the transplanted dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) to guide dentin-pulp tissue formation. Dental Pulp Stem Cells (DPSCs) can be found within the cell rich zone of dental pulp. These stem cells, under specific stimuli, differentiate into many cell types which have wide therapeutic applications. The dental stem cells are derived from both deciduous and permanent teeth. The viable dental stem cells are very simple to collect, without any mortality and morbidity. Dental pulp stem c...

Dental pulp, which is surrounded by hard tissue (dentin and enamel), consists of pulp cells, odontoblasts, endothelial cells, neurons, immune system cells, and the extracellular matrix, and plays key roles in maintaining the function of healthy teeth [1]. Via the apical foramen of tooth, blood vessels supply nutrients to the tooth and remove waste products, and neural network warns for harmful ...
